And if anyone's interesting I run a 144hz 1440p screen as my main.
Stealthy surprise update is here, no full AMD pc yet (thx Acer for still having so-so build quality, and nonexisting AMD gaming laptops in general) but maybe in the future.
Nevertheless, new rig, new specs:
Lenovo Y740:
OS: Windows 10 Home CPU: Intel i7-9750H 2.60GHz GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070MQ 8GB GDDR6 RAM: 32 GB Samsung OEM 2666 MHz HDD: Samsung PM981 M2.SSD 1TB & 860 EVO 1Tb 2,5 SSD Sound card: Integrated Realtek HD EXT Drive: Verbatim 4K Slimline Blu-Ray writer
Otherwise just got another external HDD from a sale (6TB) and a 1440p ultrawide is still in the plans when a good deal comes along, haven't been keen to throw 1,3k€ at one seeing how the QC with the IPS panels is and the VA have ghosting which would prob bother me.
Also maybe another 16GB of RAM if the pricing ever comes back down (costs +100€ now than 3 years ago).
OS: Windows 10 🅱ro CPU: Intel i5-4300M 3.3GHz GPU: Intel HD 4600 RAM: 8GB Samsung 1600mhz DDR3 Dual-channel HDD: HGST 500GB Sound card: Integrated Realtek HD INT Drive: Some DVD Drive from 2015.
