Why wouldn't I want those guys to show up? I have a zombie problem, and they would actually be quite helpful right now.
We can have cookies and biscuits afterwards, while we discuss home defence and take pictures and generally have a good time. I would even invite the (non-zombie) neighbors, the more the merrier.
@fail - There's a good reason why you woudn't want the U.S.S. to visit ya...they kill both the living and the undead. Ya can allways try your luck with the U.B.C.S. though, they might like cookies
@xeno - Naah, that would be way too easy & it would remind me of my first cosplay too much...next year's gonna be the Nerv tactical soldiers from NGE Movies -Klickeru for Pic- or atleast that's the plan for now.

Naah, not my cup of tea since i need to be able to move alot in the costume and carry stuff with me (allways carrying a backpack with me) which woudn't ever work in one of those bigger costumes. I don't want to drop the backpack even if ya coud drop it off at a cloakroom for a good reason: untrustful people. There's been a few incidents this year that stuff has been either going missing or downright stolen from the owners, and i'd rather not risk it myself. Besides, it's way easier to just stuff the gun in the backpack and go eat, than stuff it in something that hides it while ya are taking it in the cloakroom (no firearms/airsoft replicas in public, that's the law) and worrying about it that are ya getting it back after the lunch is over.
Good second reason is, and while this doesn't affect every convention, in the bigger ones people really don't care about your big costume size enough to leave ya some movement space, and when ya try to move around people ya 75% of the time knock something over and then the bloody bugger who didn't move starts to complain to ya about why ya did that and so on...and let's be honest, if it takes 3 guys to get ya indoors from the rain (had someone cosplaying as Dalek, while it was impressive but not practical in any sense of the word) ya are doing something wrong in my opinion. Space marines still get inside by their own, but like he said, it's no fun there as people just don't give ya the space ya need to move, even if he enjoyed cosplaying as one...though he did downscale it for this year with his ODST suit. And i'm not even going to start mentioning about transporting that kind of an costume there in one piece...

Due to my complete laziness, I couldn't be bothered to create a new thread or anything to ask this. But how does one stop being a manga-peasant and become an anime-peasant instead on the forums? Don't suppose it's to do with how long I've been in the clan or is it to do with the amount of posts I've made? :3
You have shed enough blood my fellow yattas, the god of war has heard your prayers and has awakened once more from the depths of hell (having no internet for 2 months). I put the laughter back into the slaughter, await lotsa vodka and carnage on the weekend!!
