Hello guys,
Since a lot of stuff happened recently, it's time to update our rules again.
As we now have the perfect opportunity, we will rebuild the clan and shift our focus from a purely "For Fun" clan
to a clan that will encompass both fun and competitiveness and social interactions.
We will also not concentrate purely on Anime and Manga anymore,
but also include Gaming as a whole, as we all play different games that can be played online, as well.
Though new members will still be accepted on the basis of liking Anime and Manga as that will still be our main focus.
It will also (hopefully) prevent us from dying once we all stop playing WoT and move on to other games.
As such, we will change our name from YATTA: Anime and Manga Fan Clan Eu to YATTA: Anime, Manga, and Gaming Community.
Doing it this way allows us to expand into other areas of gaming, and not just be focused on Wargaming products.
Anyway, on to the new Rules:
Keep in mind that just because we are trying to build a fun environment doesn't mean we can all do what we want.
Anarchy is not fun (most of the time).
- We will have a minimum age limit of 18, though I will make exceptions for existing members and maybe new applicants,
but will do so at my own discretion.
- A forum account is MANDATORY as all important information will be posted and discussed here.
The account is necessary so that I have visual confirmation that ya have been here
and seen the information that has been posted. Excuses along the lines of "I haven't seen that" are not acceptable.

- It is required of ya to be somewhat socially active in the clan, be it on Chatango, the Teamspeak, or in the ingame channels we have.
Failure to be social will result in removal from the clan. There is no need for anybody to be in a social environment if they refuse to be social.
I don't need single player guys in this clan. Be aware that I don't expect anybody to talk every day and everytime they see us, but ya should
be able to talk with us at least every few days. It ain't that hard.
- If ya come online in any game that has clan functions (like WoT), I expect ya to say at least hello. Ya can grant everyone at least
that much courtesy, and it don't hurt ya to say hello. It doesn't even cost ya much time, I'm sure ya have those few seconds...
Most of ya manage to say hello in Chatango, so why can't ya do the same in the game?
- I want everybody to be nice to each other. I don't want to hear or see any excessive flaming, trolling, foul language,
and other such matters. There is a difference between friendly bantering and random insulting. Don't be like "THAT" guy....
Violators will receive sanctions. If ya don't want them, behave yerselves.
- If ya have any problems with any members, try to sort it out in a CALM manner between yerselves first.
If it doesn't work, or it gets to heated, then come and talk to me, so I can sort it
out without much bloodshed and bad feelings. I had enough of that over the last few months.
- As we are shifting focus, ya are required to participate more actively in the clan and on the forums.
I don't mean be there every day and play or talk with us, but we are still a social clan, so if ya refuse to
be social with us, we will never get to know each other, and can never play together.
So, please, use the forum and the Chatango we have provided for ya.
It's for the whole community, and if ya join, everyone is curious about ya.
I understand that some of us are socially awkward, but if ya never even try to put in the effort to talk with us,
why did ya even join?
So refusal to participate in the community will more than likely result in removal from the clan.
I said it twice now, so hopefully ya get the message?
- Persistent bad behavior and disregard of the rules will result in removal from the clan and forum.
- If ya receive a warning from me or my officers for any violations, these warnings will stay active for 3 months
per warning. A second warning will add time to the first warning. If ya receive a third warning, ya will be removed
from the clan. I am serious about this, and if ya do not want this to happen, behave yerselves.

General Rules:
- When playing, I want ya to treat other members with respect, whether they be from our clan
or some random guy. That means that I do not want to be told that some guy from YATTA went and
insulted random guys just because the game didn't go the right way. Curse at yer monitor or something,
don't let it out on other people. That includes flaming, trolling, racism, excessive foul language and all that.
Also includes dickish behavior in game such as blocking, team killing, and so on.
And don't think I won't hear about any misbehaviour...
Violators will receive sanctions. If ya don't want them, behave yerselves.
- If ya have any problems with anyone, do show me some evidence (replay / screenshots), and I will try
to sort it out without causing a big fuss. Once I have a diplomat, he will be responsible for those
kinda things. But for now, it's me.
Team activity Rules:
- When ya playing with us in Stronghold, Team Battles, or Clan Wars, ya will listen to the orders of yer
Field Commander (FC). Failure to do so will result in warnings. Get enough of those and get removed from
participation in Team events. I don't care if ya think it's a bad idea or not, ya do as ya told, or ya can try commanding yerselves
if ya think it's that easy.
- If ya do not like what yer FC is telling ya, don't go and try to overrule whatever it is he's doing.
Just accept it, do as ya told, and point it out after battle, please. Be constructive about it and don't insult or be derisive about it.
- Don't flame or insult the other team, please. I do not want to be known as a clan full of asshats.
If ya want to do that kind of stuff, there is already clans for that.
