I wish it would be that simple, current rate here is 1€ = 302,48 HUF (thx forex) that's why i was asking...i have some arrangements for day one, but then again Finnish travel sites strongly suggest against switching currency on the Budapest Ferenc Liszt Airport, or on some places there as it's kindly put as highway robbery if you do it there
I have to pay some ammount of exchange rate fee anyway so i'm not too fussed about it, but i was awfully curious about it as usual that what's the current rate over there, that's all...i still have some time to work with that anyway =D

Here is some extra info. And some extra questions. Let's start:
First of all, I made an empty table on google drive. I ask you all to write in when you arrive. I kinda want this info so I could plan how I will get anyone. At the day when you guys arrive, we wait until everybody landed, and go to my city together. Here is the link for the table: Click here to open
Cube arrives one day later than everyone, while Filip arrived one day sooner. I get Filip at the bus station, and we get everyone else at the airport. Filip can plan that next day when he arrives we go to the airport together. That day will going to be most likely waiting the others, but when I see at what time people arrive, we might have some time to hang out close to the airport. The airport itself also has shops and eateries.
As of Cube, I don't think the whole team should go to the airport when you arrive, so I will ask you to take the bus numbered 100E into the city, where we will get you. This bus goes from the airport into the heart of the city. Don't mix it up with 200E. A ticket is 3 eurs for it. For the others, we will going to use the same bus to get into the city, and then take the train home. This is a new bus service, which is way more better than the old one (200E) which only takes you to the edge of the city. Cube will disembark on Deák Ferenc tér (because that day we plan to look around in the city anyway), while with the others we will disembark at Astoria. For those who interested, here is the timetable: Shuttle bus timetable. So basically we get Cube in the city, while Filip and me get everyone else at the airport. I don't know how you usually travel Cube, but I recommend bringing a backpack. If you coming with luggage, when you arrive, we can go to the Souther Train Station, where we have safety stoves where you can put your stuff away. Other possibility that you carry everything with yourself that day, or alternatively, as everybody will be there, we will help you.
Those who stay at my place (Dream and Filip), don't bring towels, shower gel, etc, as I have those. Bring slippers if you want it. Also, on my veranda it's mandatory to use slippers, so if you want to go out to the veranda, it's better if you have it. After thinking it through, this is important for everyone then, as we going to hang out at my place too.
Some rules to everyone, regarding my house. The "my fort, my property" applies there. That means if I tell you to stop doing something, or how you do something, you do it exactly as I ask. It's important to know that I keep my house well clean, and I do that every day. That means there is no eating without a plate, no eating in the living room (except when everybody is over at my place), always use a strip for glasses. Also, littering is not allowed, on a level that you cannot leave any unwashed tableware ANYWHERE, everything has to be either washed instantly, or put into the dishwasher machine. This true for everything, glasses included. Also, no painting the wall with your hands, or with anything else. You cannot leave your clothes out. The clothes you used: stove then inside your backpack, or the clothes you still plan to use, use my servo muto. If you want something to be washed, then I will show you where to put away clothes waiting to be washed. Also, you cannot leave out anything else. This is true for cables, and other stuff too. You will going to see that in my house, nothing is left out just to be there, so you have to comply with this. Also, whenever we do something in the kitchen, like cooking, if something spills, you clean it instantly. This true for the whole house. The bed where the two guys at my place will going to stay have to be made every evening, and put away every morning - you cannot leave it as it is. Shoes cannot be left out, put them away in the designated storage place. Also, this might sound a little far fetched, but for those who stay at my place, taking at least a through shower at the END OF THE DAY is mandatory. Of course, you can take a bath, or shower at the morning too, but before sleep is mandatory. And there are still a mountain of other stuff I might ask you to comply with, so keep these in mind, do your final decision according to this. Furthermore, in the EU standards, most of you will find my house most likely small, and old. About how a house old, or looks old, it's just how the houses look in Hungary. And about that it's small, keep in mind that I live alone, and for one human this house is pretty big. For multiple ones, not that much. If you don't understand something, or you have some qualms, you can always ask me when we here. Also, about the people. Overly happy-go-lucky people are not really welcomed in my country, same can be said about jackass idiots, so I don't think this will be a problem. Just be as always.
So far, I only decide to make a plan for the day when we are in the capital. Because Cube is coming, and we all go up there, if you don't mind, I would take everyone to an authentic, original japanese teahouse. I have one in mind, where I studied how to make good tea, but I have to check if they still exist, and it's still a teahouse. If you'd rather eat something, I have an authentic japanese restaurant in mind.
I generally thought that whenever we are in my city, and we have time, hang out at my place, where we can drink and eat. Alternatively, we can go out to the shopping center to eat.
If anything else comes to mind, I will write. But I think the majority of stuff will going to be decided here, locally anyway.
As you might remember, i use contacts so i will be having some of my own hygiene stuff with me. Not bringing any slippers though so guess i'll stay out of the veranda. I won't go too deeply into the rules as it's yer place and your rules, as long as i have a cupboard or something to unpack my backpack into unless ya don't mind a random plastic bag in the house, like in Norway.
As long as ya don't mind the water bill, i don't mind the shower request. However, depending on how long we are out on the con it might be a tight one to do on Sat-Sun night, if we will be there again right when it opens again on Sunday? I guess we will find out...no objections on day 1 plans.
Dunno why yer still worrying about yer place or things in Hungary...yer been to Finland, and neither of these countries is like S.Korea or Japan.
Edit:
Forgot to ask, any ATM's near the convention if we may need a refil? Might sound odd to ya, but i really don't feel like walking around with too much money in the wallet

Lots of ATMs everywhere. Your backpack can be stoved at the front corridor. Water bill is not a problem, a shower is pretty basic in that sense. Also, if we get back at the evening from the convention (most likely no later than 2300), I think you can take 10 minutes of your time for a shower. At sunday, we don't need to wake up motherführer early too, the convention is open until late evening.
Oh i'm not worried about having a place for the backpack, but i ain't going to keep my clothing and stuff with me everywhere i go...that's why i was asking to either have a place to unpack that, or just keep it in a bag hidden from view somewhere ya know.
But fishes like to swim, and drying fish scales (aka hair) takes time...you don't want to know what this can do if it sleeps while being wet

You can put away all your clothes and stuff into my cabinets from your backpack nicely and orderly. As of wet hair, I have a hair drier. If you never dry your hair, I can do it for you too.
Also, some of those rules can be overridden by special occasions, but only if you ask me, and there are no other methods.
Well, might as well write it down as I see that Cube arrives late afternoon. That means that we cannot really do any joint operations with Cube, but with the others, before he arrives, we can go to the teahouse/eatery I was talking about up there (or any other idea if you have, or anything else you want to do, write it down). Thing is, when Cube arrive, we kinda need to catch a train, get back, and get some rest, as next day we wake relatively early cuz of the convention. Of course, this doesn't mean Cube will not going to have any fun - it just means that on that exact day, you will not really have time to meet with us, as you arrive late. We can make it up by hanging out at my place before sleep that day.

I have updated the table with a roadmap. It's a general plan outline to what to do when you guys here. Use it basis to give suggestions.
Aaand the Hungary trip has ended. It was a blast allright, met some chaps i haven't seen before and in general...had quite a fun time there.
Special thanks to steamloller for making it happen in hungry Hungary, was warm but fun nevertheless!
As there were talks about it, i'll eventually (tm) make a post about the planned Finland 2019 trip, but do PM/contact me if there is something that you would want to experience here if you are interested in joining it as there ain't any solid plans for it yet, and i'll most likely start planning it around Nov-Dec so ya still have time to think about it.
